OpenWhisk invoke mobile push notification for Bluemix Mobile Application.

I found a sample of Push Notification in Bluemix Mobile Start code. And that was OpenWhisk used. It is glad that OpenWhisk is gradually beginning to be used.

But the Bluemix console is heavy 😣. I have not tried it yet. IBM should first make the console more comfortable🤔
