How to strengthen your body (basics)?

In order to make your muscle grow, you need to tear your current muscle tissue. After that when you rest that type of muscle group for a certain period of time, then your muscle will grow.
It will grow if you eat healthy foods or if you take vitamin and mineral supplements.

The same principle applies to rest of the body?
If you want to strengthen a certain part of your body you need to damage it trough training and after that when you rest that muscle,bone group, then your muscle or bone group will grow stronger.
In order to get stronger (faster) you need to take calcium, magnesium, vitamin D trough food or through vitamin and mineral supplements.

Why?

Because if you damage your body or bones without taking calcium, magnesium, vitamin D trough food or supplements, then you will do yourself a disservice. Normally your body in his day to day life needs those vitamins and minerals and if you damage your bones or body, then your body will take calcium, magnesium, vitamin D from other parts of your body in order to recover your micro fractures that you would create.
