Imagine you are in US (or in any foreign countries) and you are unable to conceive a baby on your own despite trying for many months or years. You are trying IVF, and but already feeling like giving up since you realize it is purely a business dealing to give you 1 or 2 or 3 (they don’t know) babies at a time.
