Why did you feel the need to consign this image to a growing dislike of antediluvian practices, we see death sticks as quite honestly, ignorant, hostorically part of the last century were in part it was accepted.
This is the later part of the second decade of the 21st century and you show us this nonsense, why?
In the future, I don’t want to look back at possibly his final portrait (?) and see a drug addled addict, I want to see a visionary, a man of passion of single minded obsessiveness, not a wizened old druggie out for a last fag.
This is a weak portrait, you have taken the low road and I have gained no insight into the Man behind the lens, but more about you as a photographer perhaps.
