I love the idea of using improv with the team (and sceptical stakeholders) — I’ll definitely try it out on my next project.

Something I also find helpful when developing a bot persona is start by free writing a background story for the bot giving it all the same weaknesses, motivations and passions that a human has and then imagining how they’d behave if they were doing the job of the bot.
