Hi Anthony, great read. I’m 34 & followed a similar path, started to self teach late 2012, worked at a small firm as the only developer for a couple of years. A year ago I moved to an engineering firm to work within a team of very experienced devs building complex engineering desktop software. It’s been a ‘baptism of fire’ learning source control, CI etc. & working on complex organic source code. Still a lot of imposter syndrome & very much a junior compared to my colleagues but I am progressing. Did you experience this moving onto a team?
