Good insight, Adam Silver.

There are always going to be questions and concerns over maintainability (hence why the pre-defined frameworks were introduced and are used by so many people) however working with the content as your guide (the UX’er in me loves this) means that we can promote potentially greater modularity in our designs, adapt and reassemble (thanks Frank Chimero) to best communicate our message, and deliver something that is usable from its core not just through ‘making it work on an iPhone’.

Aside from the mindset shift, which is vastly easier for some, the next greatest challenge is educating our stakeholders – not just the people signing the cheques! – and driving home this way of creating with our colleagues and less experienced team members.
