My Ultimate Post Workout Recovery Smoothie

When it comes to post workout recover drinks, I’ve tried a ton. This recipes delivers amazing results, tastes, loaded with nutrition. Most importantly its super easy and quick to make.

Ingredients:

1 Scoop Organifi green juice powder
4 Tablespoons of Hemp protein powder
1 Teaspoon of He Sho Wu concentrate powder 
1/2 ripped banana
12–16 fl. oz. of cold drinking water 
A bit of ice

Blend it all up for about 30 seconds and enjoy. 
Best post workout recover drink I’ve ever had.
