The Ragin’ Cajun, I believe, coined the phrase “Nuts and Sluts” to succinctly describe the tactic used by the elites I call The Davos Crowd to smear and destroy someone they’ve targeted.

Brett Kavanaugh is the latest victim of this technique. But, there have been dozens of victims I can list from Gary Hart in the 1980’s to former IMF head Dominique Strauss-Kahn to Donald Trump.

“Nuts and Sluts” is easy to understand. …

No reason for Germany and Russia to be this far apart

Vladimir Putin’s charm tour of Germany and Austria last weekend is a significant sign of change to come.

To the U.S. and European press Putin is only a step or two away from Hitler reincarnated (thanks chiefly to Bill Browder). It serves the purpose of maintaining the post WWII institutional order.

But, Putin is always nothing but relentlessly patient in his diplomatic efforts, even when European leaders, like Merkel, treat him and Russia poorly. She is, after all, the leading mouthpiece and political ally of The Davos Crowd that believes they run the world.

The conduct of his Foreign Ministry…

I’m Guilty of Raping Russia in the 1990’s And Putin Knows it.

If half of what I have come to understand about the Curious Case of Bill Browder is true, then the “Magnitsky Trio” of Senators John McCain, Lindsay Graham and Ben Cardin are guilty of espionage, at a minimum.

Why? Because they know that Browder’s story about Sergei Magnitsky is a lie. And that means that when you tie in the Trump Dossier, Christopher Steele, Fusion GPS, the Skripal poisoning and the rest of this mess, these men are consorting with foreign governments and agencies against the sitting President.

As Lee Stranahan pointed out recently on Fault Lines, Cardin invited Browder…

Mexico’s Election May Bring a New Dawn in Rational Drug an Border Policy

Populism is popular. Andrés Manuel López Obrador won yesterday’s election in Mexico with enough of the vote to have a clear legislative majority in the lower house.

Most of the commentary on this is fatuous. The right wants to harp on Obrador’s past statements about the corruption in Mexico is so bad that Mexicans should seek a better life in the U.S.

The U.S. establishment derides his and his proposals as unrealistic and unworkable, which they may well be as the corruption in Mexico runs deep. …

First it was multiple forks of Monero (XMR) to resist mining via ASICs. Then it was a very successful 51% attack on Bitcoin Gold (BTG) and Verge (XVG). Now it’s another 51% attack on ZenCash (ZEN), a fork of Zcash.

We are going to see more and more of these attacks in the coming months as new coins struggle to attract hashing power to protect their networks. …

Get used to this… the Democrats have no answer to the generational shift against them.

Elections are governed by the middle-aged, political movements are sustained by youth. It’s no secret that older folks vote in higher proportions than younger. They simply have the most at stake in any election as changes in policy, usually taxes, affect them most.

But, the energy which sustains a political party comes from how well it can mobilize the youth. And for two generations the youth in America sustained the Democrats through their appeals to emotion and ‘fairness’ through the lens of cultural Marxism and democratic socialism.

It doesn’t hurt that the institutions of education and media have been completely…

We have been so conditioned by a lying media and political class to distrust everything we see that even now, the image of Kim Jong-Un walking with confidence alone across the border between the two Koreas to meet his counterpart from the South President Moon Jae-in creates more confusion than it does relief.

While the Twitterati are exploding with praise for President Trump, the reality is that the statesman here is Kim. …

The Culture War is over. The Marxists lost.

They were always going to lose. Because cultural Marxism cannot sustain itself without feeding off of other people’s wealth. It’s a parasitic ideology that first consumes the host then drives it mad to destroy everyone else.

After the 2016 election of Donald Trump when Kanye West had his famous meltdown on stage and walked off during a show it was a pivotal moment.

Many saw an enfant terrible throwing a tantrum and crying for attention But I didn’t. I heard a man whose world-view was in flux and causing him real pain.

Don’t tell the Iran hawks in D.C., isolating Iran won’t work. Iranian President Hassan Rouhani met with his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi this week and the two signed a multitude of agreements.

The most important of which is India’s leasing of part of the Iranian port of Chabahar on the Gulf of Oman. This deal further strengthens India’s ability to access central Asian markets while bypassing the Pakistani port at Gwadar, now under renovation by China as part of CPEC — China Pakistan Economic Corridor.

CPEC is part of China’s far bigger One Belt, One Road Initiative (OBOR), its ambitious…

No band has had more of an effect on my adult life than Marillion. Saying that is surprising even to me.

So, seeing them for the first time since 1985 in Orlando the other night just down the road from where that club shooting took place was something I needed both personally and professionally.

It was a reminder of what I owe myself and, you, my audience as I enter my second half-century.

Rush is the band that forms the intellectual and musical backbone of my life. Marillion forms the emotional core. Their my Id to Rush’s Super-Ego. …
