Heidi Debroullet, Hey, cyborg, I emailed them on this clunky Private Note thing and they just referred me to the site’s Generalized help page on using Medium. I had already read it several times. It is poorly laid out and should be written more for people who know nothing of Medium.com and etc. I am sure they have lots of work to do and you smartphone users are a priority. especially if you keep up the heat with your cyborg energy.
