If anyone ever had me as a criminal defense attorney they always knew exactly where they stood, what I could do for them and what the results meant for them and their family and friends. One man who I represented I never even met in court because I went after the Prosecutor for her misconduct before the arraignment. I got a hearing about her conduct with an independent judge. He formally reprimanded her conduct and the case was dismissed. The man in question sent me a postcard saying that I was “the finest gentleman he had ever known.” I was an excellent attorney and I zealously and effectively represented my clients. But again, I am not now an active member of the Missouri Bar and I do not give legal advice of any kind to anyone in any jurisdiction. Missouri Bar no. 39965, status Inactive.
