Jules, just checked my email. “Greg” of Medium Support on April 13 said, that is strange we aren’t showing you as limited. try turning on and off of the site. (I had done that several times to no effect but didn’t include it in my complaint.) Another tech two days earlier on april 11, “Mateusz” of Medium Support said, “I’ve opened a ticket to look into your rate limit problem…..So you know who to directly ask if you have a rate limit problem. To be clear, Greg instructed me to “try logging out of Medium and back in.” I cannot say I did that instaneously but I did log off and come back several hours later and still rate limited. I did not imagine or invent this infuriating tedium. That is all.
