The Freedom of Rain

“Momentarily I am transported”

the poet, the poet brings the child alive,

she brings the child in the rain back to us,

she gives us the child we all were,

she gives us the joy of memory,

she gives us the freedom of deliverance from our suffering,

she gives us the rain to free us from ennui,

she gives us the rain so that we may be, simply be.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
