Torrential Love
Bodies pressed together,
Like the cream-colored sands,
upon the salty shore,
Rain coming down,
Like silky sheets,
falling to the floor,
Lips meet together,
Soaking wet but still on fire,
No matter the wretched weather,
Or the over-filled puddles getting higher,
Just as the rain,
Kisses the soft earthen ground,
So we too become one,
With the puddles, the rain, and its sound.
