Wow!! I like reading your story. I firmly believe that being a good person or just simply having an attitude that knows how to understand and respect others is our own choice. Our attitude is our identity and it is really valuable ☺☺☺
If you’d asked 10-year-old me what I wanted to be when I grew up, there’s no way I would have said an “Innovation Coordinator”. Not because it doesn’t sound fun (it is!) but because I didn’t know such a role would exist. In fact, even now, I’ll admit it sounds pretty ludicrous.
This is so true, Scott! It’s also why I’m stuck between wanting YOLO moments, and spending more time building a writing business.
At the same time..It’s also difficult to not think of working towards having a great future. Even if it means sacrificing between what everyone else is doing, and what you hope to achieve.
