5 things I learned about inbound marketing…

1)Marketing is always changing due to new technology and the way that people communicate.

Social media plays a huge role in introducing people to new products and hot new efficient ways to do things

2) Cold calling and cold emailing is a dated way to market and that you would want to gain the trust of your consumer.

Consumers want to feel like they know of all the latest and newest ways to make their lives more convenient.

3) People can spend money anywhere, doing anything but you want them to experience something fresh and valuable not feel like they are being swindled out of money.

It is good to establish a warm, close-knit relationship with the consumer and the marketer. The consumer wants to know that if they have a suggestion based on an observation made from being a loyal customer, that their opinion will matter and contribute to making the experience better for both parties.

4) Inbound marketing believes that empowering the customer is one of the best ways to develop a respectful business relationship where both sides can learn and grow.

Let the customer know that you are truly interested in making their lives easier and that you are willing to work hard enough to make that possible.

5)Target buyer personas, research is necessary

It is important to do research to learn all that you can about who is your target consumer. Keep everything relevant to the loyal customer. Find out the age, lifestyle and any other demographic of the costumer to make sure they are being appreciated for the business they provide.
