Tumblr is dead because of failure in content management

A story that is not too far from us is Tumblr is reported to be acquired by Verizon with 3 million $. Tumblr was worth 1.1 billion in 2013, which is 366 times its value in 2019. One of the reasons why Tumblr failed is poor content management. Unrestricted porn destroyed Tumblr and corrupted its users. If we put ourselves in the shoes of a content manager from a social media company, what can we do to prevent it?
