Everyday I wake up at 9 am, I drink my coffee, lay down for a bit, then go the gym to get my workout in early. I then come home, I make my daily meals for the day, then I eat. Living healthy is essential in today’s life. I’ve always gone by why count how many years you have lived? When you can count how good the years were? It is all about doing what you wanna do with you’re body and you’re health. I’d suggest trying green tea or coffee in the morning and not eating breakfast to lose weight if that is your body goal for this year. It has actually helped me a lot.
