It’s been a long, hard week, so you pay a visit to your massage therapist. After checking in, you slip off your shoes and lie down on a table, getting ready for the massage of your dreams. But, somehow, 60 minutes later, you blink open your eyes and… you’re still really stressed out. This knot in your shoulder has not gone away, and your lower back still aches.
