Method 1- Factory Reset from Settings

1. Go to Setting and click Backup & Reset.

2. Tap on Factory Data Reset.

3. Tap Reset Phone and read the warning when it pops up.

4. Choose Erase Everything and the phone will begin restoring.

5. Your One Plus 2 will restart and reboot automatically after wiping off all data.

Method 2: Factory Reset from Recovery Mode.

1. Switch off the phone, by using the Power button.

2. Press and hold together Volume Up and Power button for a few seconds until you see One Plus Logo.

3. Once the One Plus logo appears release the Power button while still holding the Volume Down button.

4. Once you are in Recovery Mode, select Advanced and then Format Data.

5. If you just want to wipe all the installed applications and device cache then choose Wipe Data and Cache option.

6. Reboot your device.
