Homework 3 is a two-part assignment, worth a total of 25 points. Homework 3.a has 14 multiple choice, true/false, and fill-in-the-blank questions, each will be worth 0.5 points for a total of 10 possible points. Homework 3.b has 5 questions that require you to create charts. Each chart is worth 3 points for a total of 15 points. All of the data and the descriptions are included in the attached EXCEL file. There are 5 tabs in the spreadsheet. You are asked to create a histogram, line chart, pie chart, bar chart, and box plots.
You should upload a renamed version of the Excel spreadsheet with your visualizations and “work” (such as frequency distribution tables or 2x2 tables) in each of the tabs. For those of you who are having trouble creating a boxplot (some versions of Excel do not allow this) If you are able to create a boxplot using the chart functions in your version of Excel you DO NOT need to use the manual box plot. However, if you do need the manual box plot, you may use the last tab.
