Week 9: Over coming challenges and Making Progress

This week presented a unique set of challenges as I was not feeling my best healthy-wise(fell sick) , which impacted my productivity. Despite this, I managed to make some progress on the patient side of the Messages module for OpenMRS 3.x. Here’s a detailed look at what I worked on:

• Tested the foundational endpoints for patient messaging management .
• Developed partially functionality hooks for the data recieved through the end point and connection to the frontend components.
• Ensured basic validation and error handling.

Looking Ahead

While I wasn’t able to complete as much as I had planned this week, I’m optimistic about the upcoming week. My goal is to finish the remaining endpoint integration with the front end components . This will involve:

• Enhancing the validation and error handling mechanisms.
• Integrating the API with the front-end components to enable comprehensive messages management

I’m looking forward to a more productive week ahead.
