Breaking up with my phone: day twenty nine
- What parts of your relationship with your phone are going well?
I am spending less time with my phone overall and more time writing and reading. - What things about your relationship with your phone do you want to change? What’s one thing you could do to start?
I’d like to find other things to procrastinate with I constantly find myself doom scrolling on Instagram or on a game I am obsessed with at the time. I need to pay attention to timers on my apps and maybe use my laptop more for games. - What are you doing — or could do — to strengthen your focus?
Walking without music or with music through my old IPod - What are your goals for the next 30 days?

Start going to the office - What fun plans could you make to spend time with people you care about?
Orgies, film nights J+ J, See Frasier, Dates, Kayleigh for Soho and drinks, cheese and wine with thirsty Thursday - Have you reinstalled any of the apps that you previously deleted, let your phone back into your bedroom, or turned notifications back on? If so, does it feel like the right decision?
I reinstalled Instagram because without notifications I don’t know whether someone has sent me them - What do you want to pay attention to in your life?
My creativity
My brilliance
Gratitude for life, what I have and what I have achieved
