Categories: Creation and Edition
Once you have created your brand, you have to define a categorie to each topic. Each categorie will be differenciated by color and name.
You will see three categories by default:
- Community (pink): You can include in this category topics related to the engagement with your community, such as the brand values and ideas.
- Institutional (blue): Institutional may relate to staff, brand’s history, the most relevant news, authorities, etc.
- Marketing (green): This category relates to what your brand offers: products, promotions, services, etc. .
If you think your brand doesn’t fit in these categories, you can create new ones.
Categories by default can’t be edited, but you can edit new ones. As a precaution, you can not delete any category.
