Categorizer Module

This module has two sections, where you can organize and categorize your past posts and introduce them into the tool in order to obtain information about the interactions they have generated. With this information and the one from the Publisher tool, is how the flower is created.

• The section “Uncategorized” shows your posts and tweets already published (from social networks and other publishing tools).
• The section on the right displays your topics in circles and here it is where your categorized posts are saved.

If you haven’t created categories yet, you will only see three by default: Community, Institutional and Marketing. Create new categories from the Publisher module and then come back here to categorize past posts in each one.

You can create topics from this section clicking in “Add Topic” but you can edit it or delet it, to do that, you have to go to the Publisher module and follow this steps.
