Error in posting: Reasons and how to fix it


There are several reasons why a post can’t be successfully published on the social networks of the Brand :

Some of them are :

  • You didn’t accept all the permissions when the brand was created. Learn more
  • Similar or equals posts have been published or scheduled in a short period of time. Learn more
  • An internal error occurred in the tool.
  • The Brand has been disconnected. Learn how to reconnect a Brand
  • Posts can’t be published because the active settings of the fanpage. Learn more

If a post has been scheduled but wasn’t published successfully , the members of the Brand will recieve an email, with the subject: A publication of (your Brand) Was not published on ( social network) “ Click on Go to Calendar to reschedule the post.

Once in the Calendar, you will see the post with a yellow stripe with the message Error in posting.

Double click on the post and choose the option Reschedule, then, set the new date and time to be published.

Remember saving your changes.
