Pollen: Visualize the social Impact of your conversation


Visualize which topics generate more interest in your community. Identify what is working and what isn’t.

Pollen are visual indicators that show the interest of your community in each topic. From Facebook, you will see: Likes, Comments, Shares and PTAT (People Talking About This). From Twitter you will see Retweets.

To start visualize pollen you need to: publish posts from the Publisher tool or categorize your published posts. But, of course, your posts need to have interactions in order to see them as pollen.

Clicking on pollen bubbles you will see the people who has interacted in each topic. In likes and comments you can also click in the user names and visit their Facebook profiles.

You can move the timeline from right to left and visualize how the pollen change. (You can set a period from one to 14). By default, you will see the last month. Also, you can activate or deactivate pollen options from the left panel.
