Social Impact Module

This is the core of TopicFlower. In this module, teams can understand the conversation of the brand and improve it.

In this section you can visualize your brand strategy based on topics and the community interest on each one. With the petals, the solution shows the topics of conversation where content is being created and then generate pollen: the interest of the community in each topic.

In this module you will find:

Filter panel

Display: Visualize posts included in each topic according to the social network: Facebook, Twitter or both.

Pollen filters: Filter by social network and select interactions that interest you to see.

Flower visualization: Visualize topics length and pollen size related to the complete flower (Ratio Between the Total topics) or related to each category (Ratio Between each category’s topics)

Combine filters to visualize and create custom reports about the progress of your conversation strategy.

Icons

Reports: From this icon you can select the report you want to create: Tag report, Traffic report, Flower report and Multibrand report.

Downloadable spreadsheets: Learn more

Remember that you can also drag your flower where you need to see it. These features are very useful to create reports because they save a lot of time and image quality is always good.

Timeline

Move the timeline from right to left to see the posts and their interactions within a selected period. Remember that you will always visualize a 30 days period.

Moving the timeline to the right, you are indicating a period of time before the current period (example: if the current period is October 13 — November 11, a previous period would be October 11 — November 9) therefore you will visualize published posts. If you do it to the left, you’ll be selecting a period in the future (for example, October 19 — November 17) so you’ll see published posts and those scheduled into that period.
