Users roles

The Owner is the creator of the brand. This person will have full access to all modules and features. This person must have access to the brand profiles on social networks to connect the brand to them.

Admins of a brand is represented by a yellow star. The Admin has access to all modules and their functionalities.
This person also has permission to access to the brand edition and connect it with its social networks.

Co-workers can visualize the same things than the admins and owner but they haven’t permission to:
- Add users to the brand
- Change user role
- Approve and disapprove posts
- Edit Brands

Guests can leave comments to other users, and visualize all the content in different sections but they can’t do any modifications on them. Learn more
How to add users?
Clicking in the “Users” icon, you can visualize all the collaborators and their roles in the brand. To add a new user just write your colleague’s email address and then select the role you want. If the person is already registered in TopicFlower he/she will be immediately added. If not you can invite him/her to create an account clicking the “Invite” button.
