What is a “Brand”?

In TopicFlower represents the brand with which you will work within the tool. Remember that you can create and work with all the Brands you need, and you will work safely because each time you enter in a Brand, the changes you make will be effective only in that one and also you will have present in what Brand are you working (with its name in the upper left angle, and the brand logo in the center of the flower) avoiding unintentional mistakes.

How do you start working on your brand?

Once you register, you will have to create your first brand. In this instance, you can complete some basic information such as name, attaching a logo and set the time zone of the brand that you will create in the tool and on which one you will implement a strategy of topics to analyze the impact of the conversation of the brand with its communities in social networks.

Also you must link your brand with their social networks to begin to get information from them and work on the tool.

Once created the brand you have to make the flower so you can start to visualize and analyze the evolution of the conversation of the brand.

The flower is created by topics and categories and it will have the shape of petals of different colors. In each petal you’ll include the posts that correspond to each particular subject. Also you can create new posts clicking on them and seeing the results of the general information of the topic or in particular in each post.

Once created the first version of the flower, you can start to categorize old posts, see the impact of the conversation in the community and begin to posting directly from the tool.
