When you open the front page of cryptocurrencylist.io website, you will see on the top left Bitcoin with current price around 6400 dollars. We will use Bitcoin as an example coin, but you can check all the facts from any coin you wish in the same way as with Bitcoin. Following the Bitcoin price of 6400 dollars, you can see changes in the price during three periods: last hour, last 24 hours and last 7 days. After those there is the current market cap of 111 billion dollars, followed by trade volume during last 24h and available supply, which tells you how many coins of that particular coin, in this case Bitcoin, are circulating and available.
The volume during last 24 hours tells you how much of bitcoin was bought and sold in dollar value on the exchanges. If you want to see which exchanges you can buy Bitcoin from, you can simply click the Bitcoin logo on the left and the browser will open a new tab for you with more details about Bitcoin, which would look something like this:

Here you can examine more close the price history of Bitcoin, by choosing your desired time frame. If you choose 1Y on the top right of the price chart, you will see the massive spike in Bitcoin price during beginning of December 2017:
