Mack Trucks, Inc., is an American truck manufacturing company and a former manufacturer of buses and trolleybuses. Founded in 1900 as the Mack Brothers Company, it manufactured its first truck in 1907 and adopted its present name in 1922. Mack Trucks is a subsidiary of AB Volvo which purchased Mack along with Renault Trucks in 2000.

Mack trucks are sold and serviced in more than 45 countries worldwide. Every Mack® truck built for the North American market is assembled at its Mack Lehigh Valley Operations facility in Macungie, Pa. Engines and transmissions for the North American market are built at its powertrain facility in Hagerstown, Md. Mack is part of the Volvo Group, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of trucks, buses, construction equipment, marine, and industrial engines.

All Mack manufacturing locations are certified to the internationally recognized ISO 9001 standard for quality and ISO 14001 standard for environmental management systems.

Mack Granite

The Mack Granite’s lightweight chassis can carry heavy loads while staying nimble, and it’s Mack MP engine is powerful and fuel-efficient, creating an unflinching truck built with true grit.

Powerful, durable and versatile, Granite is the right truck for the job at hand. Axle forward and axle back configurations and a tight turning radius improve maneuverability. Granite’s sloped hood, large windows and passenger door peep window provide maximum visibility. A choice of rail thicknesses lets you spec Granite for the rigors of the job.

Redesigned and purpose-built, Granite’s interiors minimize driver wear and tear and maximize comfort. With an industry first, the flat-bottom steering wheel allows more clearance for entry or exit.

Mack Granite MHD

The Mack Granite Medium Heavy Duty (MHD) cuts weight without cutting power. It’s ideally configured for shorter runs and lighter-duty cycles with the strength to tackle a host of rugger jobs.

Ideally configured for shorter runs and lighter-duty cycles, Granite MHD reduces weight without sacrificing durability and comes in Class 7 and Class 8 configurations.

Reliable 9-liter Cummins engine cuts weight, not torque. Spec’d to its Class 7 configuration, Granite MHD is not subject to the 12 percent FET. Lightweight 7mm frame rail thickness is available exclusively for Granite MHD.

Mack LR

The new Mack LR models offer multiple driving and door options to eliminate downtime and keep the driver firmly and efficiently in charge of the workday.

Maneuvering narrow streets is made easier by the LR model’s large windows to increase your field of vision where you need it most. Windshields are edge-to-edge glass for superior forward visibility. Large side windows and door peep windows all but eliminate blind spots. The rear wraparound window provides a clear view of cross traffic.

The LR Model’s flexible and versatile driver environment options let you build the truck that’s right for the job and for your drivers. Multiple seating options increase comfort and productivity. The tilt and telescopic steering column offers a perfect fit. The cab is 4" deeper than the previous model, giving drivers more legroom.
