A photon should experience time inside a photon clock, since it experiences elastic collisions. Its momentum changes! The photon can count the amount of time it has been in the clock, if it ‘counts’ collisions.

So we have this discussion in the thread how photon interactions (with whatever) would work in various comments. I dunno about any conclusions.
