Totem is excited to welcome Aleissia Laidacker as our Creative tEk Advisor. Aleissia is a tEk & Design Director with over 20 years of experience in the immersive tEk space; she is a key opinion leader (KOL) in the fields of AR/XR integration. Aleissia has assisted huge companies such as Ubisoft, The Mill, Magic Leap, Spatial Activations and more, to make innovative strides towards stream-lining our imaginations. Aleissia uses her experience, leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of various softwares to develop innovative ways of pushing the boundaries of interactions and storytelling using Augmented Reality (AR).

Previously, Aleissia was the Creative Technology Director at The Mill and Spatial Activations, a creative agency that brings together top-of-class expertise to pivot commercial & public spaces towards relevant content for a new generation of audiences.
Aleissia advises and consults on a number of startups focused on building the future Metaverse through tEk such as web3, blockchain and XR. She has worked in Game Development for over 10 years, leading the tEk, Gameplay and AI Direction on large game franchises such as Assassin’s Creed at Ubisoft. She is also co-founder of Mixed Flour, an Immersive Design Company focused on creating location-based experiences that bring together Food, tEk and Interaction Design. As a technology evangelist, she often speaks at conferences about XR, Interaction Design, Immersive Experiences, the metaverse and Artificial Intelligence. Totem is more than excited to have Aleissia by their side to shape the future of blockchain gaming, and craft a unique way forward.
