Vitamin D is mostly obtained through sunlight. However, exposure to UV rays to the point of sunburn accelerates skin aging and increases the risk of skin cancer.

Therefore, to avoid sunburn, it is advisable to exercise outdoors for less than 10 minutes at a time, especially during summer. It is also helpful to consume foods rich in vitamin D, such as blue fish, egg yolks, mushrooms, nuts, and milk.

Lethargy = Muscle strength is not only related to iron levels in the body. If you are lacking in vitamin D, you are likely to feel extremely tired even if you get enough sleep. Adequate intake of vitamin D helps maintain muscle strength in both young and old people.

Bleeding gums = If your gums bleed too frequently, even though it is not a problem with brushing or flossing, it is a sign of vitamin C deficiency. If you are severely deficient in vitamin C, you may suffer from so-called scurvy, which causes bleeding, general malaise, and loss of appetite. You should eat plenty of fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C.

Pale skin = Pale complexion may be a sign of vitamin B12 deficiency. Vitamin B12 is involved in red blood cell production, so deficiency can cause anemia, fatigue, shortness of breath, and decreased exercise capacity. If you have pale skin, eat salmon, eggs, yogurt, etc.

Dry hair = If your hair and texture are noticeably dry, you may be lacking vitamin B7. Vitamin B7 helps build nails and hair and regenerates scalp cells. If your hair is too dry, eat sweet potatoes, carrots, egg yolks, etc.
