Toyo is an NFT Game with Play2Earn mechanics, inspired by the action figures of our childhood.
Many generations grew up playing with those toys, putting them to face each other in insane battles (well, at least in our heads, right? đ
).
From the excitement of building heroes to the happiness when enemies were destroyed, we were the writers of our own stories.
Who else misses our childâs imagination? Toyo intends to bring that nostalgia back.
We are really excited to build what would be the Toyo Metaverse. A vast world where you and your Toyos could, together, write your own path for glory.

In a very distant future, in a simulation far, far awayâŚ
Toyos were created by Westan Nakatoshi in 2140 as a way to stop human violence. Instead, they could use Toyos to solve any kind of dispute â ranging from small issues such as deciding whatâs for dinner to territory conquests.
In 3055 everything went to shit and Toyos are now orphans of their humans đ˘. What happened in the middle, you will find out later.
Now, itâs in your hands. Toyos are counting on you to reactivate their Heart-Bound module, bring their purpose back, and have a second chance to save and rebuild their world.
Fighting is at the core of Toyo, therefore it will be the first gaming mechanic to be released.
As the project progresses, we plan to go âto infinity and beyondâ and create many other mechanics and adventures that will bond you and your Toyos in so many levels.
Collect âEm All
Expect to have various ranges of unique styles of Toyos, from warriors to punks, high-tech, athletes, gangstas, badasses, fashionistas, and many more. The ranges will also depend on which region they come from. Toyos will also be defined by different tiers of Rarity based on their parts.
Any Toyo can be highly customized, with different NFT arms set, NFT hands, NFT leg sets, NFT heads, NFT accessories, and even NFT skills. Our team will work hard to create hundreds of extra parts that can be attached to your Toyo, making it one of a kind.
When customizing your Toyo, pay attention to what stats and skills the different parts add to your Toyo.
PVP, PVE and Tournaments
As the fighting gaming mechanic is the first to be launched, we want to make it amazingly fun for your Toyos and othersâ to compete against each other.
PVP â Test your strategy combined with your Toyosâ abilities and strength against other players.
PVE â Defeat bosses for tokens and a chance to earn NFT parts to customize and improve your Toyos.
Tournaments â Feeling confident to qualify for tournaments? Here is where the best players and Toyos meet to battle. Great rewards are expected to be earned!
Toyo Marketplace
We aim to have our own marketplace built in-house to cover all the necessary endpoints of this project. As Toyos are in constant change because of the variety of Toyo customization we offer, we will create functionalities that allow players and traders to check what is the current state of every single Toyo before deciding which one to sell and buy.
Play To Earn
We strongly believe that any person should be rewarded for the entire effort they put into games. As we also believe this is the future of gaming.
While playing Toyo, you will have the ability to earn fungible tokens that can also be used to buy in-game assets, as well as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) which can be characters, replaceable parts, skills, and more.
All this in the transparency of blockchain technology.
Blockchain Technology
At Toyo Metaverse, Toyos, extra parts and items are NFTs, making them assets that you really own. You are in control of what you want to do with it, if you want to play with it, upgrade it or even sell it to other players.
The game architecture will run on Polygon, a layer 2 build on top of Ethereum. Its purposes are to increase the speed of transactions and decrease the high gas fee costs of Ethereum Blockchain, being one of the best-scale solutions on the market nowadays.
Polygon allows us to use the same Ethereum tokens standards, and yet, Toyo NFTs are using one of the latest token standards, the ERC-1155.
Unlike the old standard ERC-721, ERC-1155 is way more versatile. It allows developers to create multiple tokens (either fungible or non-fungible) in a single smart contract.
This allows us to decrease costs for players and bring a richer in-game experience.
Once our own Marketplace is launched, itâll be even easier to buy and sell Toyos and extra parts, having the most recent standards when it comes to blockchain technology.
