I try to do this from time to time: break… down…

My great-grandmother was not shy about telling folks to breakdown if they needed to. The way she’d say it would stick to your bones. You wouldn’t have a choice but to let that thing hit you the way it needed to then, move the hell on.

You have way too much fire in you to burn out.
