Have you thought about adding to the on-boarding membership page that suggests what visas to get and how to do so per country? Perhaps you can add different “Personas” or “Activities” in which you suggest a social visa versus a working one for each country you add on, and the different activities each member selects. “Based on your selections of volunteering and photojournalism work, we would suggest applying for a social visa for Cambodia”, or something like that. It could also help suggest where to go next if your members are looking for a change.
