Launching on Cronos

That’s right, Tractor is relaunching on Cronos in April 2022.

We have a pre-sale happening in advance of the launch, where you can buy TRAC at a discount. You can access the pre-sale here.

Why are you moving from BSC to Cronos?

We‘re big fans of BSC, we use it ourselves and will continue to be part of the ecosystem. Unfortunately, in the current state of BSC, it’s hard for small projects like ours to get off the ground. After speaking with our users, we share the opinion that the highest chance of success for Tractor lies outside of BSC right now.

Cronos is a newer chain, with more gaps that need filling by new projects. We feel it’s where our project will have the highest impact and be of the biggest benefit to users right now.

We’ll talk more about this decision soon, and it’s not to say that we won’t expand to be multichain and include BSC once we establish a solid footing on Cronos.

Will you change chains again?

No. Changing chains is not something we take lightly and not something we intend to do again.

I have TRACT on BSC. What will happen to it?

After the pre-sale is complete we’ll have a swap available for you to trade in your TRACT tokens on BSC for TRAC on Cronos.

You may have noticed the price difference between the Cronos launch price and the BSC price. The tokens you receive will be equal value to the price of TRACT on April 1st, 2022. We’ll announce the date of the snapshot soon, but for now, you can continue to leave your tokens staked in the BSC pools and build up extra TRACT to swap into Cronos.

When are you launching?

We’ll announce the exact date of launch after the pre-sale ends. For now, we can tell you it will be in April 2022.
