What are the fees for depositing and trading fiat?
Fees for bank transfers are determined by your bank. You’ll get your funds minus the fee into your trade.io account.
Regardless of which payment method you use, the price and fees will be clearly shown at the time of your purchase. The price is based on exchange rates, so you can be sure it’s a fair price. Be sure to check out fee table on our site, it’s got all the info you need.
Can I deposit and trade from any country?
We offer a variety of convenient deposit and withdrawal methods for many countries in addition to a few local currencies. You can deposit fiat by wire transfer, SEPA, or through local bank transfers in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and soon in China and South Korea.
Deposits via credit card are already available but trade.io plans to improve this service by offering credit card deposits directly to the users’ fiat balance on the exchange thus allowing the trader to transact in any market that fiat pair is offered, instead of only purchasing BTC or ETH.
