The categories below have been identified by the community as those with the highest priority and worth tracking for Q4 2021:

Just a reminder that we now have bi-monthly check-ins scheduled with the Lamden team via Discord on the last Tuesday of every other month at 3pm PST. Additionally, keep on eye on the Reddit, Twitter, or Telegram channels for regular updates.

PRIORITIES

1nodes (IMPROVE STABILITY)

• 11/29 update: team is working on consensus edge cases and secure sockets; aiming to have testnet ready for testing in Q1 2022 and mainnet ready for Q2 2022
• 10/27 update: team re-confirmed this is their #1 priority during the October community call. Jeff/Benji/OnlyLuck are the dedicated developers forging ahead with a planned testnet in the next month.
• 10/6 update: unit testing is complete, integration testing is in progress, and the team is close to a proof of concept / working version for testnet. Bounty posted for creating a docker for easier installation.
• release date: Jeff/Stu current estimate is by Q2 2022

• 11/1 update: $TAU listed on Bibox exchange
• 10/19 update: $WP listed on BigONE exchange

• 10/14 update: 10+ bounties have been added
• additional bounties will continue to be added to Gitcoin as requirements are defined
• developers who successfully complete a bounty will be added to a special bounty hunter group so they get first dibs on any new bounties

• 11/25 update: Live, continually updated roadmap posted to Trello
• 10/27 update: redesigned website demo’d during the October community call (desktop, mobile)
• 10/14 update: will be included in the planned website refresh (Gitcoin bounty)

• 12/4 update: new Lamden.io website launched!
• 10/25 update: draft of the designs shared on Github (desktop, mobile)

• 11/29 update: community member Evan has created a community browser-based mobile wallet
• 11/25 update: iOS/Android Wallet app release estimated for late March/early April
• 10/10 update: in development via Gitcoin bounty; prototype shared with community

7referral bounty (INTAKE/ONBOARD NEW DEVELOPERS)

• need someone from the community to begin acting in the role of a ‘developer evangelist’ and move this task forward

• 12/4 update: new 2-way bridge launched!
• 10/25 update: 2-way bridge for BSC/Lamden is in progress. Estimate a few weeks.
• 10/22 update: LamdenLink now supports converting $DC and $USDT (BEP-20) from BSC to Lamden; $LUSD liquidity will be added to Rocketswap soon
• 10/16 update: significant progress is being made; BlockDuelers ($BDT) has been added for 2-way bridging via LamdenLink, and more to come
• additional bounty has been posted to Gitcoin for development of bridge between EVM compatible chains

BACKLOG

Categories and tasks that didn’t get prioritized for Q4 2021.

• 11/6 update: Wallet updated with a simplified user interface for sending tokens
• 10/22 update: Light Wallet feature bounty, which simplifies dApp connections, has been completed and now available to users in v1.8 of the Lamden Wallet (+ there’s even more new features in development including a dropdown box for quick selection of tokens available on Rocketswap, and a simplified transaction user interface)

• 11/29 update: additional feature “Lamden Wallet Vault accounts with seed recovery phrase”, to simplify backups, will be coming early next year
• 11/25 update: implemented in v1.9.1 release of the Lamden Wallet
• 11/1 update: in development by LamdenJeff. Also BIP-32 update is planned so users can use pass phrases to recover their accounts.
• confirmed data validation will be added to Mobile Wallet

• 12/1 update: Reddit, Twitter, and Telegram are being updated daily for the past two months
• Facebook ads currently in rotation; testing the waters.
• waiting for some of the other tasks/projects (ex. nodes) to be completed before spending additional resources

• 12/4 update: new Lamden.io website launched!
• 10/27 update: new Investor Compendium reference and also resurfacing one of the original hype videos from the mainnet launch

• 10/27 update: team shared a demo of the RubixDao and documentation portal during the October community call.
