In the Referral Program window you may find everything to join — direct invite tab and your unique link to share among your list of contacts:

The rules are simple: forward your invite directly to a person, or simply share your unique link — everyone who registers in the campaigns upon visiting your link, will be included to the list (“all events” tab).

Once a person invited by you invests in the project and purchases more than 400 TNG tokens, you get 1% of the amount of his or her total investment in your wallet.

NB: TNG tokens will be issued rateable with the funds invested in the ICO. The TNG booking is in real time. And emission — after ICO ends June 23 (no later than July 1).
