We are pleased to announce that Tradingene’s team is making the final technical preparations for the initial launch of our marketplace for trading algorithms. The marketplace will make the algorithms created on our platform over the last few years available to investors through an auction that will set the success fee.
By July 1, Tradingene’s users will have access to the complete suite of basic functions of the marketplace. Investors will be able to search the сatalog of trading algorithms and participate in auctions for them, using our intuitive interface for monitoring and flexible management of purchased or created algorithms.

Firtst and foremost — about our global strategy.
We have generated great interest from a number of large investors, funds and syndicates, and we expect to close with them in the coming weeks. We plan to limit future tokensales to institutional investors and syndicates, making this the last opportunity for individual investors to participate.

Our crowdsale will end on July 1. This is the final opportunity for individuals to participate in our tokensale.
Later tokensales will take place after we reach certain milestones relating to Assets Under Management — the first milestone is $5 million AUM.
We will release tokens to initial investors and launch the marketplace the week of July 1. This will be the first opportunity to participate in an auction for trading algorithms!
Q: Finally when and how will we receive your tokens? We are investors not bounty or airdrop members.

We will release the TNG tokens directly to Waves wallets on July 1.

Q: How you will regulate creation of fake bots? Scammers may create them. How will you check it?
Daniel Wolfe
First, we will backtest algorithms and “qualify” them before releasing them to the marketplace. In addition, algorithm creators will have to make a small deposit (which they will lose if their algorithms do not generate profits) for each algorithm. We think these two factors will remove the opportunity for spammers.

We have spent a great deal of time and resources trying to ensure that we have the latest AI to backtest algorithms and to ensure that all relevant information is provided to potential investors before they participate in an auction.

Q:Users ask us to clarify them once again about tokens emission. Will it be after July 1st?

Tokens will be initially released on July 1, as Daniel indicated. Emission will be in real time. The maximum amount of tokens (to be released over time in five rounds) will be 14 200 000 tokens. No tokens will be burned.

We anticipate TNG tokens will be listed on exchanges. As with any exchange-listed instrument, investors can try to buy low and sell high. However, Tradingene cannot guarantee any results from such speculative nature. Prices fluctuate due to emotions and hype . And these factors are largely out of our control. What we can guarantee is that we will try our best in order to create best trading platform which you can find out there.

As the algorithms are put out to auction and begin generating (we hope) profits, demand for the TNG token will grow, while the supply will be stable and limited.

If you win an auction, you will need to have tokens to make a deposit. The deposit will be a portion of the success fee. Next week you will not need to have TNG tokens to participate.

There are no fixed fees to participate in our marketplace. You pay only for algorithms that generate profit for you.

The TNG airdrop tokens will be released following completion of the second round, after we have five million dollars under management on the platform. We expect this will happen around the beginning of next year.
We originally limited the airdrop to 5,000 tokens; over 23,000 tokens were applied for. We decided to wait to distribute until the free float of tokens will be larger.
