The heart of my life philosophy demands complexity reduction. Why should belief in God be complex? I am not a fan of Eschatological beliefs. This universe is superb, and destructive enough all on it’s own. Layering over it with predictions of our doom is unnecessary.

Separately, I’d say our Colonial/Patriarchal/delusional misunderstanding of love is directly tied into our misunderstanding of “life’s purpose.” Which makes it very easy to fall into accepting eschatology. I’d suggest my longest article on Medium for more on my pet theory. It’s a 26 minute read.
