I use points and I have been aggravated with Chase. We had a confirmed reservation in Venice, Italy. While we were there Chase cancelled our reservation, (we were at another hotel for the first part of our vacation)I tried to explain to them we were already in Venice. They cancelled our reservation AND kept our points! They wanted us to maybe have a reservation at another hotel. We choose to get our own.

Be careful with the Chase card, it has it’s issues!
