Thai Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables — Pad Pak Ruammit — Gebratenes gemischtes Gemüse

Ingredients

* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 red bell pepper, chopped
* 1 green bell pepper, chopped
* 1 cup broccoli florets
* 1 cup cauliflower florets
* 1/2 cup snow peas
* 1 cup vegetable hummingbird
* 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
* 1 teaspoon sesame oil
* 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
* Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
3. Add the bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, and snow peas and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the cilantro, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes and stir to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.

Tips

  • For a richer flavor, use coconut oil instead of vegetable oil.
    * Add other vegetables to your stir-fry, such as carrots, mushrooms, or zucchini.
    * Serve your stir-fry with a side of tofu or tempeh for a complete protein meal.
    * Garnish your stir-fry with chopped peanuts or cashews for extra crunch.
