I think this is more practical if someone actually meditates and practices Mindfulness on a regular basis. I do (I use apps such as headspace to help me), and even I can find this to be difficult. To really know how to hone in on focusing on breathing, being mindful of my body and it’s movements. Defineitely takes practice and being attentive to the process.
