That sounds like a great plan! I would set some concrete parameters around each of the concrete actions / habits you’re trying to build so that can achieve them more effectively.
You could set a time of day, and how much time time you’ll allocate for each of the said activities. For example: Swimming every wednesday at 10am for 1 hour. Daily journaling every night before you go to bed for 15 mins.
The clearer you define the activities, the easier you’ll find to follow through on them.
