A busy month, that turned into one of the most grateful months of the year. Here are few highlights and recommendations:
1. Bansky in Lisbon
I’ve been a fan of Bansky for a long time. When I travel around the world, I’m on a lookout for this work. When I lived in London, I watched most of the things that he produced around 2015. In 2018 I saw his first exhibition in Toronto. And now, in Lisbon, his exhibition and work is another reflective peace
2. Brick Bars made of Lego
Whilst searching for interesting and fun new concepts for bars in Hong Kong, I came across Brick Bars which will be opening in Autumn. As a fan of Lego, this would be a pretty dreamy place to visit.
3. Film: Departures
Surprising find when it came to this movie. A hypochondriac working as an airport baggage handler is forced to confront his fears when a British teenager with a terminal illness enlists him to help her carry out her eccentric bucket list.
4. My Next Guest is … Kanye West
5. Underdog Gallery Exhibition Lisbon
When did smiley face was invented? Dj Fat Boy Slim curated the latest exhibtion called “Smile High Club” at Vhils’s Underground Gallery in Lisbon, on the significance of the smiley.
