Dear Governor Cuomo, if y’all are going to remove Columbus’ statue and Day then replace him with Mary Donlon’s statue and Day (yea!)

Fact: on June 13, 2014, I gave G-D’S Mail to http://www.abajournal.com/news/article/nonlawyers_cant_have_law-firm_titles_such_as_ceo_or_chief_technology_office/

Fact: I’m back!

Fact: I want to ‘see’ Today (8/29/2017) ‘just’ how G-D’S Mail is doing

I have always given my Legal Librarians whatever title that they want. Their MLS degrees coupled with their Paralegal Certificates are earned, and they have always done their job well, including MIS. Nobody is going to think that the Director of Library Services is necessarily a lawyer, even though they influence our purchases of printed and electronic Reference Materials, both on-line and off-line.

bro(t)her! is not life GOD’S rollercoaster?
does not GOD provide each Hi!gh (that hi and that hi and that hi)?
don’t devils cause each hell (low)?
p.s.
bro(t)her! don’t you ever think THAT
when your ride is over
you (wee spirit) are going to ask GOD,
“FATHER! can I go “on” (“in man”) again?”

U.S. Department of Justice,
while you were sleeping I went fishing
on G-D’S web
look at what I caught and reeled in:

eat! eat!
U.S. Department of Justice,

Fact: 8 non-attorney NYS WCB commissioners are ‘reviewing (examining)

and rescinding’ NYS WCALJudges’ decisions

Fact: if 8 non-attorney NYS WCB commissioners cannot be reported

to the American Bar Association because of:

incompetence

or

impairment

or

unethical behavior

then 8 non-attorney NYS WCB commissioners should not be

sitting on the NYS WCB ‘reviewing (examining) and rescinding’

sitting NYS WCALJudges’ decisions

p.s.

Q: should not all NYS WCB commissioners be like Mary Donlon

1 who was chairman of the New York State Workmen’s Compensation Board

2 who was taught and tested in a school of Law

3 who was a lawyer in real life

p.p.p.s.

U.S. Department of Justice,
if you (examine) look at:
1) NYS WCB 2003 Annual Report
2) NYS WCB 2004 Annual Report
3) NYS WCB 2005 Annual Report
you will ‘see’ what I ‘saw’:
NYS Governor appointed and NYS Senate confirmed:
1) a non-attorney NYS WCB chair
2) a non-attorney NYS WCB vice-chair

p.p.s.
According to Mary Donlon who was chairman of New York State
Workmen’s Compensation Board:
1) in 1943 the NYS WCB replaced the Industrial Board
2) NYS Governor Dewey gave the NYS WCB chair:
A) Executive powers
B) Legislative powers
C) Judicial powers

p.p.p.s.
Trust but Verify
p.p.p.p.s.
Reorganization of Workmen’s Compensation in New York State, 1943–46 by Mary Donlon chairman of the New York State Workmen’s Compensation Board $25.00

y’all [NYS governor + NYS senators] better start righting before G-D says, “spirits! put your man (pencils) down!”
